2nd Lt. Horstman, Edward Louis (O-691928. Born 5 February 1920 in Los Angeles, CA. Son of Edwin William and Helen A. (Moore) Horstman. Attended Eagle Rock High School, CA. Attended the University of Southern California. Enlisted 20 October 1941 at Los Angeles. Survived crash on 20 April 1944. Incarcerated at Stalag Luft 3 Sagan-Silesia Bavaria/Moved to Nuremberg-Langwasser. Married Muriel May Older 1 September 1943. Served through the Korean War in the USAF, retired as a Lt. Col. Died 6 December 2003 in Los Angeles. Buried at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Los Angeles. Position on aircraft, Navigator.
